Service Providers: payment processors, ticketing partners (V-Access), IT and hosting companies, and security contractors.
Event Partners: such as Black Star Experience or sponsors, solely for event delivery or if you consent.
Authorities: law enforcement or regulators when legally required.
Vendors & Merchandise Suppliers: to fulfil purchases you make.
We never sell your personal information.

HOW WE LOOK AFTER YOUR INFORMATION
We use technical and organisational safeguards such as:
SSL encryption on all websites and payment pages.
Restricted staff access to personal data.
Regular system audits and backups.
Secure servers located within Ghana or trusted jurisdictions.
We keep your information only as long as necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes, then securely delete or anonymise it.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
If we transfer data outside Ghana (for example, to cloud or analytics providers in the UK or EU), we ensure adequate protection through contractual clauses and encryption consistent with international best practice.
CASHLESS & RFID DATA
When you use an RFID wristband at our events:
Your wristband acts as your entry pass and digital wallet.
Transactions are logged to operate cashless systems and manage security.
You may request refunds for unused credit within 14 days after the event.
All wristband data is encrypted and processed securely.
MARKETING PREFERENCES
You control how we communicate with you.To stop receiving marketing:
Click “unsubscribe” in our emails, or
Email ask@republicofamusement.com with the subject Unsubscribe.
Even if you opt out, we may still send essential event or ticket updates.
CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE
Our events are generally for adults (18 +).Where we collect data from minors (for example, youth competitions), we always obtain parental consent and treat that data with enhanced protection.
